iWill Enterprise Inc loves to put on a team night for their employees at least once a week. It is an opportunity to get together outside of the office and just enjoy each other's company. It is also an opportunity for everyone to meet each other’s family. Having a great work-life balance is something iWill Enterprise Inc prides themselves on. One of their favorite activities to do for team night is going to the bowling alley because it is something the whole family can enjoy!
Brand ambassador Olivia McElvaney shared with us her favorite part about this past team night and why she thinks they are important
“My favorite part of team night was the competitive spirit we all had while bowling and how it was so light hearted and fun still we had a lot of good laughs while spending that time together. Team nights are important because they build Camaraderie plus we all just really enjoyed ourselves and got to meet some family members and just overall learn more about one another. For the next team night I really want to try an escape room I feel like it will help build teamwork and let everyone contribute in some way which reflects how we like to work as a team in the office too”
