iWill Enterprise Inc decided to wrap up the first quarter with a brand-new office! Throughout the year iWill Enterprise has gone through many changes and after months of preparation they have finally moved into their new office.
One of the biggest decision-making factors to their move was their growing team. iWill Enterprise Inc continues to grow and gain new clients which means they need more space for desks, meeting areas and common areas. Since they moved, they added a few more people to their team and are constantly growing.
COO Bruktawit Shetta shared her excitement about the new space “The Covid-19 pandemic has been a catalyst for change. And we have done meetings on zoom last year due to that but now it is time to get back into a more spacious office space.
So now we are blending the benefits of zoom meetings and in office meeting as well. The reason why we went back is to office meetings is provide support and better employee experience and culture. We want to make the office a safe place and also a fun place for all our employees!
Our old office served us well, and we made great memories there, but we couldn't be more excited about our new space. I am excited for the new opportunities this new space will bring us, we are looking forward to this new chapter”.
