This past week Don Withers set the pace in the office by having the highest number of sales. iWill Enterprise wanted to take the time to shed some light on Don and his recent successes!
Don was originally from Louisville, Ky but was raised in Los Angeles. He attended ATA College where he studied medical coding & billing. As a child he enjoyed martial arts and playing basketball. In his free time, he likes spending time with his spiritual family and promoting God’s work. Don shared that he found the business model unique which pushed him to view product sales in a completely different way. His new mindset was clearly successful as he was able to have the highest sales in the office! Don shared with us some useful tips saying, “The advice I’d give new reps is to maintain a positive, enthusiastic, adaptable attitude, because each day is a day to learn and improve”. Don’s goals for the next couple of months is to continue networking all across the country and to learn a different language. Don has certainly led by example, and we can’t wait to see what else he accomplishes!
