2020 has so far been a great year for iWill Enterprise Inc, and the projections are even better for the rest of the quarter. Recently iWill Enterprise attended their bi-annual Regional Business Summit. This is an event where employees, managers, and clients from all over the country come together to network and gain a better understanding of their business as a whole. This quarters event was held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center, in Atlanta Georgia. They were able to bring 7 employees with them including their CEO Will Smith, COO Bruktawit Shetta, Devon McCallie a Corporate Trainer, and a brand new client representative Gabriel Burden. The manager of their Georgia branch Staci Healy was in attendance as well.
The meeting tackled everything from strategies to team building. A lot of their clients were in attendance as well. COO Bruktawit shared how she looks forward to these meetings because it gives you a chance to see where everyone in the organization is at and learn from everyone at the same time. Bruktawit also shared that her favorite speaker from the event was Program Director Jeremy Moiser. Her favorite quote from him was “life is a river, by learning how to celebrate the small wins will help us persevere the hard losses and if you face a negative situation, get excited and move on”! Overall the summit was a success and they can not wait to implement everything they took from it.
